Yongsheng Brand Story
In the year of 2000, Mr. Liu was the production manager of a factory, their products quality control has been very strict, but one day, the customer Reta told him that the products he bought rusted. The first time Liu found the person in charge of production, purchasing and quality control, after analysis, he found that the raw material of the hardware was provided by a new supplier, who had not worked with him before.
Reta's customer filed a claim to Reta, and Reta wanted the factory owner to compensate. After Liu communicated with the owner, the owner said he was not willing to compensate because it took 15,000 USD to purchase the raw materials. 20 years ago 15,000 USD was equal to 100,000 RMB, and many workers' annual salary was only about 200,000 RMB.
In order to be responsible for the customer, Liu took out $15,000 to buy the material again. At that time, he was a big factory production manager with an annual salary of only $45,000, and took out one third of his annual salary to compensate the customer, but he didn't get a penny of benefit from it, he was carrying the responsibility for his employer.
